Faith Walker has been writing and recording original music since she was fourteen. Born in LA and raised in Ontario, coming from a multicultural background and musical family, has given Faith a unique perspective, which is reflected in her music. Faith has had a number of singles on commercial and college radio and has worked with several award winning musicians, including Choclair, Korexion, Classified, DJ Starting from Scratch, Skitz, and Errol Blackwood of Messenger. Faith has also worked with many well-known producers including Marcus Kane, 2 Rude and Slakah the Beat Child.

 

Faith has opened for acts including Luciano, Mobb Deep, Kim Davis and Serani.

Faith received a PEABO award in 2016 in the category of Female Singer and was nominated for KW Oktoberfest Woman of the Year in Arts and Culture in 2015 which recognized the work she has done in the community. Her anticipated Debut EP, Head in the Clouds, will be released 07/17/17. As she continues to expand her fan base, Faith Walker is well on her way to achieving her dreams and sharing her music with the world.

 

As a two time cancer survivor, Faith has faced many challenges in life but has never let that stop her from pursuing her dreams! It has become a new purpose to share her story and be involved in the community. She continues to perform and speak in support of non-profits and causes including Hope-spring/Wellspring Cancer Support Center, Young Adult Cancer Canada as well as Twist out Cancer and Stimma, which provided relief in Haiti. Faith also speaks at schools in the community, sharing her message of Hope, following your dreams, standing up for what you believe in and the importance of creative expression. As she continues to post weekly #faithfulfriday videos and, grow her fan base, Faith Walker is well on her way to achieving her dreams and sharing her music with the world.
