Spit Fire Save The Matches Ep 9 ( Sir Flame)
Sunday Oct 03, 2021
Sunday Oct 03, 2021
The modern era of music has given way to enigmas and artists of all shapes and forms who break the norm of what we have come to expect as far as what an artist truly is. Sir Flame is one such artist that epitomises the essence of the modern era. He is a multi-talented vocalist and rapper born in Lawton, OK and raised Gainesville, FL. Sir Flame is making music that is driven by a desire to express his feelings and emotions as well as to motivate, inspire, comfort and spread love and joy to all those that hear it.
Born Derek Wright, Sir Flame is the embodiment of originality and uses his ideas to create an amalgamated and original sound. He has had a vast array of musical influences across all genres of music from Hip Hop, R&B, Gospel, Country, and Soul. However, he accredits the pivotal influences and inspiration in his life to Tupac and T.I. This all culminates in Sir Flame producing a musical experience that is enjoyable, but authentic and grounded in reality. It is music that is infused with unorthodox music creation techniques to allow for an immersive experience that brings forward his story. His overarching ambition is to capture the ear and hearts of the listeners with his music.
Sir Flame has several albums and singles with his most notable releases being "TP2", "Settle The Score", "Off the Script", and "TBH" (feat. Azazus). He will be releasing more music that will showcase his lyricism in a uniquely constructed piece of musical artistry. His music exhibits his versatility and prowess and will surely cement his style as well as pave the way for the varied expressions of his musical ideas and artistic craft. This is the music that will push the boundaries of our perception as well as inspire and drive us to introspective conversations. As long as artists like Sir Flame exist and his story and voice is heard then this is the music that may not change the world, but can change the people in the world

During these uncertain social, political and economic times there are many of us that turn to methods of comfort that have a way of functioning as and putting us in a “comfort zone.”Certain music and entertainment “genres” and some of the artists’ that compose, record and perform the music and provide the entertainment associated with it are often lauded as providers of; “comfort food for the soul.”
646 Entertainment now has the pleasure to introduce an R&B and hip-hop rising star to the world; and her name is Lil Bae. Lil Bae gives her fans a diverse musical and artistic menu to choose from especially during this period of social and economic uncertainty when music is more than recreational and may require that an artist often also function as an outlet; available on demand for fans both domestically and globally.
Lil Bae is a small-town girl, with world capital-like talent. The core of her music reflects an influence of a wide variety of performers originating from the world of R&B and hip-hop. Throughout her life and her career, she has been overlooked and misunderstood. However, through it all she has somehow faced and defeated the obstacles and the odds that were stacked against her.
Lil Bae possesses a luminous presence that functions as a lighthouse, transforming every stage that she graces into a bastion of high and vibrant energy, transfixing her audience almost at will. Her primary goal is to make music and be the best entertainer that she can be. Her life and fortunes began to change when she met and signed a management and production agreement with 646 Entertainment CEO Neil‘O.G.’ Harp. Harp took the clay that represented her raw talent, sculpted it into a vase of excellence and cast it into the furnace of his experience. This is what Lil Bae has to say about her 646 Entertainment experience. “When God brought OG Neil into my life I immediately knew something extraordinary was about to happen because he was extraordinary. He took a dream, my vision if you will and breathed life into it. From his experience alone from the very beginning of our musical journey, he became and remains a steady guiding force in my music and in life. Since I can remember, music has always been something that's been a part of my family. I was around the age of six or seven when I began to take it seriously. The primary reason for my early focus on music was that one of my music teachers pulled me aside and said; “You have a gift. I don't know what you’re going do in life, but this music thing is going to take you somewhere.” From that point on it has taken me to some amazing places.``
Lil Bae is also quick to point out that her economical, musical and artistic road has not been totally smooth without any obstacles or speed bumps. “Earlier in my career I, like many other artists’ experienced and went through different phases and periods, both good and bad,” She said.“However, one particular incident stands out. On one occasion, I was in Florida visiting my uncle. I was sitting out by the pool relaxing. I had just released my first single after I had signed with 646 Entertainment; immediately, all of my social media began to take off. At that moment, I was like, OK, OK, maybe this thing is going to take me to the next level. It was then and only then that the doubt began to fade. I stopped doubting and asking myself; should I quit my job for this just to strictly focus on fulltime on music? 646 Entertainment and our management team has been so beneficial as far as establishing a comfort zone for me regarding my decision to make music my full time profession but work my full time job.”
Also known as Anna Mae which is the (Singer) in Lil Bae now provides that same comfort and “soul food” for a ravenous public. She exhibits the same confidence in her audience that they have in her assurance that she is always going to give them a great product and an even greater performance. So, the very next time that you begin to feel in this sometimes-perilous world; come meditate on the music, melodies and the voice of Lil Bae aka Anna Mae you won’t only feel better, you will be better.
